• Animal Shelters Midnight Pass® is
a proud supporter of folks who rescue, care for and place lost
and homeless animals.
Contributions are primarily limited to organizations located
in communities where the company and its subsidiaries operate
major
facilities and where its employees and their families live and
work. If you’re seeking a contribution, please provide
the information below:
The following information should be included
in your proposal:
• The official name of your organization
• Complete mailing address and contact person
• Phone number, Fax # and Email address
• A brief general description of your organization’s purpose
and major activities
• The purpose of your request, including the amount being requested
and the total project budget
• Dates and amounts of any previous donations from Midnight Pass
• Your organization’s Federal or State Tax ID number.
Please
allow six to eight weeks for a response. We
suggest mailing at least three months before your event.
While we do our best to support as many organizations as we can,
we can’t honor all requests. Please note, Hard copy
written responses get reviewed first and will get a formal answer.
